The short version: this website is an interface, not a financial service. We never hold your money. The actual moving of assets is done by independent networks we do not control. Crypto transactions cannot be undone. Check every detail before you send, and only move what you can afford to lose.

1. What this website is

Welcome to Solana (“the Site”) is a community-made, open-source interface that helps people move crypto assets to the Solana network and learn about the ecosystem. It is published by the individuals credited on the homepage.

The Site is a user interface. It displays information, collects the details of a transfer you want to make, and passes them to independent third-party networks. It is not a bank, exchange, broker, money transmitter, custodian, or investment service, and it does not hold a licence in any jurisdiction.

By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

2. We never take custody

At no point do we hold, control, move, or have the ability to recover your funds. Specifically:

• We never hold your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet credentials, and we will never ask for them. Anyone who does is attempting to steal from you.
• Deposit addresses shown on the Site are generated by the third-party routing network, not by us. We do not control them and cannot access funds sent to them.
• On the Cosmos route, every transaction is signed by you in your own wallet. We cannot sign, initiate, or reverse anything on your behalf.
• Where the Site offers to read an address from your wallet, that is a read-only convenience. We never request a signature for that purpose.

Because we never take custody, we are not able to reverse, cancel, refund, or recover a transfer — not as a matter of policy, but because no such ability exists.

3. The third parties that do the work

The Site does not itself bridge, swap, or transmit anything. It is an interface to independent networks and protocols, each operated by parties unconnected to us:

• NEAR Intents (also referred to as 1Click or Defuse) — used for transfers from Ethereum and other EVM chains, Bitcoin, Tron, XRP, TON and the other non-Cosmos networks listed in the interface. It generates the deposit addresses and its solvers perform the conversion and delivery.
• Skip:Go (Cosmos Labs) — used to plan and execute transfers from Cosmos networks.
• Circle CCTP and Noble — used to settle USDC into Solana on the Cosmos route.
• Keplr, and any Solana wallet you choose to connect — wallet software operated by its own publisher.
• Public RPC endpoints, price and status APIs, and the icon and font services used to render the page.

We do not control these providers and are not responsible for them. They may change their fees, alter or withdraw support for a network or asset, go offline, become congested, apply their own screening or restrictions, fail to complete a transfer, complete it at a rate worse than quoted, or suffer a bug, exploit, or security incident. Any of these may result in delay or in the partial or total loss of the assets you transfer. Your use of those networks is subject to their own terms, and any claim arising from their conduct lies against them, not against us.

Naming a provider here is a disclosure, not a recommendation or a guarantee of their performance or solvency.

4. Transactions are final

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you send funds, neither we nor anyone else can undo it. In particular:

• Funds sent on the wrong network, or to an address on a different network from the one shown, are generally unrecoverable.
• A deposit address is tied to a single quoted transfer. Sending to it twice, or reusing an old address, may result in a transfer filling at an outdated rate or not filling at all.
• Sending an amount below the stated minimum may leave a transfer incomplete.
• If a transfer cannot complete, the routing network may return funds to the refund address you supplied. If that address is wrong or one you do not control, those funds are lost.

5. Quotes, rates and fees

Amounts shown before you send are estimates supplied by third-party solvers and move with the market. The final amount you receive may be lower. Where a guaranteed minimum is displayed, that figure is the routing network’s commitment, not ours.

A service fee of 0.5% is included in the quoted amounts shown on the Site. On the Cosmos route this fee is not applied to transfers under $20. Network fees, relay fees, solver spread, and — the first time a wallet receives a given token on Solana — a one-time token account rent of roughly $0.19 are charged by the networks themselves and are additional to, and outside, that service fee. Fees may change; the figure shown in the interface at the time of your transfer is the one that applies.

6. What you are responsible for

Before confirming any transfer, it is your responsibility to check:

• the receiving address, character by character;
• the network the funds are being sent on, and the network they will arrive on;
• the token and the exact amount;
• the fees and the minimum you will receive;
• that the refund address is one you control.

You are also responsible for the security of your own devices, wallets and keys, for confirming you are on the correct website address, and for any tax arising from your activity.

7. No advice, no endorsement

Nothing on the Site is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to acquire, hold or dispose of any asset. Educational content and the ecosystem directory are provided for information only. Links to projects, wallets, applications and providers are not endorsements, and we do not vet, audit, or vouch for them. Crypto assets are volatile and you may lose everything you put in.

8. Eligibility and your local law

You may use the Site only if you are old enough to form a binding contract where you live and are not barred from using such services under any law that applies to you, including sanctions law. You must not use the Site for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion, or the financing of terrorism.

Availability of particular routes, assets, or providers may vary by location, and third-party providers may apply their own screening and refuse a transfer. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law that applies to you. Nothing here is an offer to anyone in a place where such an offer would be unlawful.

9. Provided as is, with no warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be available, uninterrupted, timely, accurate, or error-free; that displayed balances, prices, quotes, estimates or statuses are correct or current; or that any transfer will complete. The Site is community-made software and may contain bugs. It is open source, and you are welcome to review it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the publishers and contributors of the Site shall not be liable for any loss of crypto assets, funds, profits, data, or opportunity, nor for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or of any third-party network reached through it. This includes losses caused by provider failure, downtime, congestion, bugs, exploits, price movement, incorrect user input, phishing, or the irreversibility of blockchain transactions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to use the Site at your own risk and to hold its publishers and contributors harmless from claims arising out of your use of it or your breach of these Terms.

11. Privacy and analytics

We do not ask for your name, email address, or identity documents, and we do not operate user accounts. Addresses you type or paste are used to build your transfer and are sent to the routing provider for that purpose. Your Solana destination address may be stored in your own browser so you are not asked for it twice; you can clear it by clearing site data.

We use a privacy-focused, self-hosted analytics tool to count visits and measure which parts of the interface people use, including the size band and chain of transfers, and the one-time deposit address a transfer was given, which lets us confirm afterwards whether it completed. We do not use it to identify you, and we do not sell data. Third-party providers and public RPC endpoints will separately receive the request data they need to function, including your IP address, under their own policies.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. The version and date at the top of this page indicate when they last changed, and material changes will be shown again for your acknowledgement. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
